Es especialmente experta en replicar modelos tecnológicos a escala mundial. Erika es ponente en conferencias nacionales e internacionales sobre tecnología educativa, reforma escolar y liderazgo estratégico. Erika es licenciada en Ingeniería de Software y tiene un MBA en Emprendimientos.

Erik es fundador Enseña por México y preside Radix Education dirigiendo proyectos de emprendimiento social como Proyecto Nuevo Maestro, Knowledgehook, Educación en Movilidad y Kinich School. Participa en los Consejos Directivos y es asesor de varias organizaciones y empresas sociales incluyendo COGNIA, Wadhwani Foundation, Hipocampus, Cíclica Education y Spotlight.
Erik es graduado de la Maestría en Tecnología, Innovación y Educación de la Universidad de Harvard. Tiene estudios de posgrado en negocios globales por de London School of Economics, NYU Stern Business School, HEC Paris, Fundación Dom Cabral, Hong Kong University y especialización en mercados emergentes por la Universidad de John Hopkins. Es fellow de Academic for Systemic Change y Embajador del Juego de la Fundación LEGO.
